Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed in accordance with the lead time shown on the item listing. Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT/BST may be processed the following business day. During peak periods, lead times may be slightly extended — we'll keep you informed.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United Kingdom, across Europe, and worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

United Kingdom

  • Standard delivery: 1–2 business days

Europe

  • Standard international: 5–10 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard international: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Pipe Dynamics ships on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis for all international orders. This means any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.

We strongly recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order. Pipe Dynamics is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@pipedynamics.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
