Thanks for your review. When you called us about the tips we apologised that you had been sent the incorrect tips and said we would gladly exchange them free of charge for a new pair but you told us you had modified the tips and damaged them in the process which meant we were unable to accept them back for an exchange and offered you a replacement set at a reduced cost price which you agreed to so I'm unsure why you have left a negative review based on this conversation. As discussed on the phone and emails, if you had let us know before you modified and damaged the tips we would have happliy exchanged them free of charge.
